Freebets life cycle and statuses ​

Each bonus has a status that reflects the stage of its life cycle. The diagram below displays the Freebets life cycle:

Freebets life cycle: New flows to Active, then Activated, then Done; New, Active and Activated can each also move to Expired or RevokedFreebets life cycle: New flows to Active, then Activated, then Done; New, Active and Activated can each also move to Expired or Revoked

Freebets statuses are as follows:

  • New: bonus has been credited and is visible to a user but is not available to apply.

  • Active: bonus is available to apply.

  • Activated: user has activated the bonus by placing the first bet.

  • Expired: status is assigned automatically in the following cases:

    • Expiration of the term of validity of the bonus.
    • End of days available for applying the bonus after its activation.

  • Revoked: Partner has canceled the bonus.

  • Done: status is assigned automatically after the user has applied all available Freebets.
